You try and do all the good things. Have a healthy breakfast, load up on the fruit and veg, even try some of those special margarines and cereals.
What a lot of people don't realise is that even if you eat the right foods and do a bit of exercise, it still might not be enough to keep your cholesterol in-check. The only way you can really know whether your cholesterol is in control is to ask your doctor for a cholesterol test.
Of course, it's still important to eat all the healthy stuff, but it's just as important to talk to your doctor about cholesterol.
